STEP 1
Approximately 4-6 weeks before your wedding day, we'll have a detailed handover meeting. You'll share all your carefully planned details, vendor contracts, and timelines with me. I'll conduct a thorough contract review of all your booked suppliers and arrange a crucial venue site visit. This step allows me to absorb every element, clarify any questions, and ensure a complete understanding of your vision. From this point, I'll become the main point of contact for all your suppliers, taking over communication and managing any remaining calls.
STEP 2
In the two weeks leading up to your wedding, I'll be available for unlimited contact and conduct a pre-wedding day run-through to confirm every last detail. I'll create a comprehensive detailed timeline, schedule, and floor layouts for the wedding day, sharing them with all suppliers to ensure everyone understands how the day will run. On your wedding day, I'll work cohesively with your chosen venue's staff to ensure seamless venue styling & set-up to your vision. My role is to provide on-the-day management and support, discreetly handling any issues that may arise so you can fully enjoy every moment of your celebration.
