Full-Planning
I’m here to hold your hand and guide you where you want to be.
Let me take the reins and alleviate the stress of balancing your full-time job with wedding planning. From finding the right suppliers to budget planning and organisation, I'll handle every detail. You'll have the freedom to focus on your life while I bring your vision to life.

Consultation

We'll begin with a call which will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and you as a couple. I want to understand your likes, dislikes and what is really important to you about your day. From this I'll work on a personalised proposal to share with you.
Conceptualisation

Once you become a desi couple, I'll create a detailed mood board based on our conversation so that you can begin to visualise your wedding. From these design decisions I can begin sourcing your suppliers who can turn this vision into a reality.
Planning

Between securing your suppliers and your day I will be on hand to support you. This stage can be as collaborative as you'd like, completely tailored to you as a couple. I'll keep you regularly updated but I like to keep things simple-I'll manage the wedding logistics, finances, payment reminders, supplier communication, timeline & site visits.
The Next Chapter

Your wedding day. On the day itself, I'll be one of the first to arrive on site to ensure everything is going to plan and running to time. Throughout the day you'll see me in the background, greeting and guiding guests, pre-empting any issues that may arise, ensuring all the little details are covered down to lighting the candles or adjusting your veil.
Coordination
The day is yours, let me handle everything for you.
Allow me to step in and manage the logistics, timelines, and coordination of your special day, so you can revel in the love of the day. From supplier coordination to handling questions and concerns, I'll be there every step of the way, ensuring your day unfolds flawlessly.

Details of Your Day

I will usually reach out 6-8 weeks before your wedding date to arrange a call where I can gather all of your supplier information, understand your priorities for the day and the nuances of your story.
Weaving it All Together

Following this, I will develop a timeline for your day, begin introducing myself to your suppliers and become their main point of contact for any logistical questions in the run up to your day. I'd usually arrange a site visit to familiarise myself with your venue and any of its quirks, it's also a great opportunity to meet the venue staff!
Your Wedding Day

Curation
Your space for wedding conversations & planning.
You have a vision for your wedding, and you want to plan it as you're a planner by nature. But you'd like the support of an expert helping to curate your suppliers for you to get in touch with and organise yourself as maybe you’d rather invest more in a florist than a planner. You’d love someone there to help you through the initial curation process without overloading your friends, partner and yourself with supplier and styling overwhelm.
Let me accompany you through logistics, supplier, and styling conversations, making the process less overwhelming. I'll curate personalised mood boards tailored to your vision, allowing you to choose the one that speaks to you the most. Allow me to guide you through booking each element with a list of suppliers and advice.

Once you become a desi couple, I'll create up to three detailed mood boards based on our conversation so that you can visualise the potential of your day. From this, you'll be able to choose the moodboard that resonates the most with you, or we can merge certain elements together.
Curation

Based on your mood board I'll share the details of three suppliers for each element whom I know will be able to turn that vision into a reality on your wedding day. Then with your very own curated list of suppliers and direction from me, you can go on to confidently book your suppliers and plan your wedding. If along the way you'd like a continuation of support, either on a supplier call or a site visit, this is something that can be included in your personalised quote.
